Brotherhood
A network of peers who care — across generations and walks of life — bound by shared values and lasting friendships.
For generations, the West Roxbury–Dorchester Lodge has gathered good men in friendship, learning, and service to the community.

Welcome
In today's world, it is difficult for men to come together in a way that enables them to develop true and lasting connections. Increasing demands from our careers and families make camaraderie difficult to establish and maintain. Masons develop a connection built on shared beliefs and experiences — a profound bond that transcends ordinary kinship. Brothers support and challenge one another, share knowledge and wisdom, and provide light and hope in times of darkness. As a Masonic brother, you will always have a network of peers who care about you, no matter the hardships you may face.
What we stand for
A network of peers who care — across generations and walks of life — bound by shared values and lasting friendships.
As Masons progress through the Craft, they discover different aspects of themselves and develop skills they may never have recognized they had — through helping a brother in need or supporting the community through acts of charity.
We give our time and resources to neighbors in need, charitable causes, and the city we call home.
About the Lodge
Born in West Roxbury and Dorchester, our Lodge today gathers in Westwood — a quiet home for a community whose roots run deep in Boston. We carry forward the example of Joseph Warren — physician, patriot, and Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts — whose spirit of leadership and service still shapes the way we meet.

When I met my future wife, I mentioned something to her father about Masonry — I had no idea the path that simple inquiry would lead me down. Eleven years later, I've participated in brotherly events, helped others, and had a genuinely good time…
